Our Services
One-on-One meetings
We organize two types of 1 to 1 investor meetings depending on where you’re based in the world:
- If outside of Europe, we can put you in front of a portfolio manager from our network via Zoom or Teams. The format encompasses a 20-minute presentation followed by a 10-to 15-minute Q&A.
- In person 1 to 1 meetings taking place either in Paris, Monaco, Geneva, Zurich, Luxembourg, Brussels, or London take place at the fund manager’s offices, with the same format as above.
We’ll propose a recommended plan & list of potential portfolio managers for you to decide what works for your company in terms of number of meetings and timeline.
Roadshows in Europe
Atlantic One accompanies your management team on a 1-to 5-day intensive round of presentations.
For each day of presentations, we organize and oversee all logistics and introduce you an average of 12 to 25 qualified portfolio managers per day.
We understand that roadshows are extremely draining. We will always ensure that the schedule and the organization is well optimized so that your time/energy is allocated efficiently.
The Atlantic One executive team will come up with a plan tailored to your capital markets needs and budget.
Investor Materials
If requested by the client, we can review and provide advice on your investor presentation and fact sheet to ensure they are appropriate for European investor audiences.
Suggested changes may include details around how your company is viewed in Europe, or responses to questions that a European fund manager may want to understand about the investment opportunity.
Some fund managers are generalists. As such, we can also help to make the information more accessible for a non-specialist audience.
Communications Counsel
Pushtree Associates LLC, a Stamford, Connecticut based Strategic and Capital Markets Communications firm can provide advisory services, including:
- Investor relations (narrative development, investor perceptions, ongoing financial community engagement, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures)
- Crisis management and preparation (industrial accidents, environmental, permitting, structural/geotechnical, adverse regulatory and government actions)
