Our bilingual team includes former in-house financial communications and IR firm professionals with extensive networks, an innate understanding of what makes a compelling investment pitch, and have over a decade of experience advising large wealth management players in Toronto, New York and Paris (Franklin Templeton, WisdomTree Investments, IA Financial, Canaccord Genuity, Richardson Wealth, Timbercreek Capital, and Dundee).
In Europe, we have built relationships with major investment funds and many of the large European banks and Family Office CEOs.
We are constantly expanding and further developing our network in order to offer you the best service and the best leads.

We work with NYSE, Nasdaq, Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX-Venture listed companies in mining, energy, tech, crypto, biotech and ESG – and we know the Canadian market. We are also interested in exploring partnerships with US exchange listed companies.

Executive Team
Amie Lauder – Managing Partner
Amie Lauder co-founded Atlantic One Financial, a corporate development and investor connections boutique focused on helping North American companies access European investment managers, funds and family offices. Previously, she introduced and developed Peterson Capital’s operations in Europe and organized the company’s inaugural Canada Growth Conference in the South of France. Before moving to France, Amie advised wealth management and private equity firms in Toronto and New York at NATIONAL Capital Markets – Canada’s largest capital markets strategy and investor relations firm. She started her career as the media relations contact for Franklin Templeton Canada.
Mathieu Giusti – Managing Partner
Mathieu Giusti is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Atlantic One Financial. He has nearly 15 years of experience helping international companies grow and implement their marketing initiatives through media campaigns across Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Mathieu is the former Vice President of Peterson Capital, a Canadian investor relations and capital markets firm, and previously was Business Development Manager for Warner Bros/Discovery.
Michel Cornis – Senior Partner
Michel is a Swiss citizen with nearly 50 years of international marketing and financial experience. He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) and post-graduated in marketing at the University of California at Berkeley. After nearly 20 years as an international stockbroker with several major US firms, lastly SVP at Shearson Lehman, he has founded in 1995 Cornis Consult Finance in Geneva, Switzerland, a Marketing, IR and Financial advisory service of which he is still the Managing Partner.
Alan Hagestad Oshiki – Senior Advisor
Alan is the Managing Partner of Pushtree Associates LLC. He has over 35 years of experience in strategic business communications and ten years in mine planning, development and operations. Alan has been a key executive at three Fortune 500 companies, including Magma/BHP Copper, and has counseled senior executives and board members on more than 200 advisory assignments. Alan has a BS in Mining Engineering and an MBA in finance and accounting. He is an active leader in the North American mining industry and co-chair of the annual Current Trends in Mining Finance conference.
